Autumn Pop-Up Dinner | Featured on Inspired By This, Orange Coast Magazine & LOCALE Magazine

This was a true labor of love! When our Executive Chef Colleen created our newest seasonal menu, we felt compelled to showcase the Autumn Menu in a fun and unique way. There are rare opportunities for us to get some of our media partners & influencers together to taste our food, so, a wonderful pop-up dinner came to mind. We first reached out to our friends, Beijos Events (event designers extraordinaire) to design the dinner. Then, we decided on the perfect venue, one of our favorite places, Cooks Chapel in Anaheim’s Packinghouse.

Here is the menu from the evening:

Tray Passed Hors d’ Oeuvres

Duck Confit, Kataifi, Fig Compote, Thyme

Sweet Potato Biscuit, Pomegranate Pulled Pork, Aged Cheddar, Pickled Red Onion

Lobster, Forbidden Rice, Coconut, Basil

Cheddar Soup, Mini Pretzel Bread Bowl

Small Plate

Butternut Squash Pasta, Brown Butter Beurre Monte, Apples, Bacon,  Caramelized Squash, Sage

First Course

Burrata Fig Salad, Frisee, Red Oak Lettuce, Fig, Burrata, Basil, Truffle Vinaigrette

Entree Course

Pan Roasted Petite Tender, Cranberry Demi with Spiced Sweet Potato Puree, Shaved Brussels Sprouts

Grilled Pork Tomahawk, Bourbon Jus with Aged Cheddar Polenta, Pancetta, Sage, Pickled Apple Slaw

Cauliflower, Brown Butter, Marcona Almonds, Petite Herb Salad, Anchovy Crumb

Dessert Course

Pumpkin Whoopie Pie, Dark Chocolate Ganache
