This was a true labor of love! When our Executive Chef Colleen created our newest seasonal menu, we felt compelled to showcase the Autumn Menu in a fun and unique way. There are rare opportunities for us to get some of our media partners & influencers together to taste our food, so, a wonderful pop-up dinner came to mind. We first reached out to our friends, Beijos Events (event designers extraordinaire) to design the dinner. Then, we decided on the perfect venue, one of our favorite places, Cooks Chapel in Anaheim’s Packinghouse. Here is the menu from the evening:
