Colette’s Catering & Events is wrapping up our year, so we thought it would be a perfect opportunity to showcase our newest menu addition. Maybe that sounds strange, waiting until the end of the year. But, we have big plans when it comes to 2017 and we want to introduce some of it to everyone now. We are about to celebrate our 25th year of business, so why not kick off the celebration with custom menus for our existing and potential clients!
We are calling it The Seasonal Menu and plan to come up with new, fresh menus every season and for every occasion; because the food is most important to us. Take a look at some images from the new menu, written by our Executive Chef Colleen Zielinski.
