Happy Thanksgiving everyone! We recently fed a fun group of friends for their ‘Friendsgiving’ dinner, hosted in the cutest backyard. When writing the menu, our chef wanted to do something a bit different from the traditional turkey dinner. Jacquelyn, with Beijos Events, felt that this Friendsgiving should be a healthy, modern version too. So, thinking outside the box, our chef prepared Roasted Squab with Pomegranate Salad, Goat Cheese Bread Pudding, Roasted Autumn Vegetables and Mini Apple Tarts for dessert.
